By completing the remote support authorisation form and clicking "I accept" at the bottom of this page, you are accepting our terms relating to use of remote support. The remote support connection will then open.

Terms for use of TDS Remote support

After agreement with a TDS consultant, you can authorise TDS Remote support to take over your computer or server in order to see and/or resolve the issue.

When the remote connection is opened, you wil need to actively select whether the remote connection should give the TDS consultant view only access, or full control.

TDS cannot be held liable for loss of data or for any other incidents occurring during or after use of TDS Remote support.
